Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this Website (collectively, the "Services") are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the "Terms of Service"). By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.

 

Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website.

 

This Website may contain links to other websites (the "Linked Sites"), which are not operated by  www.skaterparadise.co.uk. www.skaterparadise.co.uk has no control over the Linked Sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Return  Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer  returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product  for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product Packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • customer pay return shipping charges
  • Return will not accept if comes sticky tape on Product box not on packaging
  • Before taking your order/item to one of the return drop-off points outlined below please ensure that:

    ·         The item/s for return are in a New, Unused and Saleable condition with original product packaging and tags.

    ·          You have opened a return request for the item/s on your  order and the return form included with the order has been completed and is enclosed inside the parcel.

    ·         Your item/s are suitably packaged for their return journey (this can be in a jiffy bag, courier bag, wrapping paper or other suitable packaging) so as to avoid damage in transit.

    ·         No labels are attached directly to the product or product packaging (Please attach labels to outer packaging as outlined above).

    ·         Once your return parcel has been posted it is highly recommended that the tracking code is updated on your return request (This will help us to quickly resolve any issue should your parcel be lost or delayed in transit)

        

    ·         PLEASE NOTE:

    ·         -In the case of B-Stock or Ex-Shop items, you must notify us straight away if you are unhappy with your item or else we will not be able to offer a refund. If the item is used following receipt, we will not be able to refund the item. Any cosmetic defects relating to the item are made clear in the item description,

    ·         -Any items deemed to be faulty by the customer must not be returned before first contacting us with full details of the issue and opening a return request. We will aim to contact you within 2 working day to offer a solution. Sending images of the fault where visible can help to speed up this process. An item cannot be refunded or exchanged if used by the customer until an inspection has been made by ourselves. If the problem is repairable, we will send the item back to you in full working order. If the item is deemed faulty, we will provide further options/advice to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

    Before taking your order/item to one of the return drop-off points outlined below please ensure that:

    Delivery

    UK Delivery:


    2-3 Day Hermes (Standard):

    Our Standard delivery service is £ 3.99  by 2-3 Day Hermes Orders will be dispatched within 1 business day of being placed and payment completed. This is a tracked service so you can check the progress of your package.

    Next Working Day  (Express):

    Our Express service is by Hermes 24 Next Working Day service and is £10.00. Orders will be dispatched within 1 business day of being placed and payment completed. This is a tracked service so you can check the progress of your package. On the day of delivery, you will also receive a text/email notification from the courier to inform you of the estimated delivery window. This service does not include Sunday or Bank Holidays. This service is only available for UK Mainland customers and excludes some Scottish Highland/Postcode areas and Off-shore UK areas (*exclusion postcodes listed below). Orders placed after 1pm Friday

    will be shipped on Monday.

     

    Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer a Next Working Day service to the following UK Postcodes. Deliveries to these locations will typically take 2-3 working days;

    International Delivery:


    Delivery to Europe using the flat rate service is by tracked DPD courier or their chosen delivery partner in the destination country.

    Delivery to the USA using the flat rate service is by tracked Fed-Ex International priority service.

    PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY TAX/IMPORT/CUSTOMS CHARGES WHICH MAY OCCUR AS A RESULT OF INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. ON THE RARE OCCASION THIS MAY OCCUR, IT IS A CHARGE WHICH THE CUSTOMER MUST PAY TO BRING FOREIGN GOODS INTO THEIR COUNTRY.

    Payment

    As we require immediate payment for all orders, we are only able to accept payments through Paypal at present or Paypal Credit which will be available if activated on your Paypal account. Available payment options will be presented at checkout. Apologies if this causes any inconvenience.

    PLEASE NOTE: ANY TAX/IMPORT CHARGES WHICH OCCUR AS A RESULT OF INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. THIS IS A CHARGE WHICH THE CUSTOMER MUST PAY TO BRING FOREIGN GOODS INTO THEIR COUNTRY. IF USING GSP SHIPPING OPTIONS TAX/IMPORT COST WILL BE FACTORED IN BY EBAY WHERE APPLICABLE AND PRESENTED DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS

You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this Website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.

 

Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times: All order despatch within 24 hour. order may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

 

In order to contract with  www.skaterparadise.co.uk you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.  www.skaterparadise.co.uk retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

 

(a) Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

 

(b) Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

 

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
